This download site contains links to IDAutomation's POSTNET, PLANET, OneCode, Intelligent Mail , 4-State, RM4SCC, OCR-A and USPS EAN128 barcode fonts used to automate and improve the speed and accuracy of mail delivery. Intelligent Mail is a barcode type coined by the United Stated Postal Service (USPS) that is used to track and sort letters and flat packages.
(The above sample is a POSTNET barcode encoding a ZIP+4 digit number)
NOTE: Please open the file "ReadMe.html" in each download package for information on what point sizes to print the font from as well as required start and stop characters. All Postnet Fonts require special formatting so that the data, when the barcode font is applied, will be scannable. Over 30 royalty free font encoders, macros and plug-ins are provided to complete this automatically.
There is also a Barcode Check Digit Calculator & Printing Application with Visual Basic source code for the POSTNET and Code 128 fonts. It will allow the ability to quickly calculate check digits and paste barcodes into windows applications among other things. IDAutomation's download packages for each font contain several files that are compressed into a ZIP file. To unzip the fonts, an uncompression utility will be needed, such as WINZIP.
